Introducing Our Reading Ambassadors!

Hello, we are the Sandiway Reading Ambassadors and we have an important job to do in school. We all love to read and our job is to encourage others to read too.

We meet regularly and discuss ways in which we can promote reading for pleasure, including sharing ideas and opinions from our classmates. 

What have we been up to?

Spring Term 2022

This term the Reading Ambassadors have been looking at our reading environments. They have looked around each class and have evaluated the reading areas. Looking for cosy, enticing places with high quality displays and books which will encouarge a love of reading. 

Summer Term 22

The Reading Ambassadors have continued to drive reading in their classes. Looking after the reading areas and recommending books for their friends.
